The aliens must be clicked on repeatedly with the mouse pointer in order to defeat them. In addition to feeding fish, the player must protect the fish from aliens that periodically enter the tank and attempt to eat the fish.
Each creature must be kept alive by feeding, whether through fish food bought by the player or other species of fish in the tank. Guppies and other fish drop money, which can be collected by the player and used to purchase fish food and upgrades, such as more aquatic creatures, more filling food, and powerful lasers to repel attackers. Players must manage a tank of guppies and other aquatic creatures, each stage begins with two guppies in the tank or one breeder which creates guppies. But overall, the game IS Insaniquarium that has been ripped off, much as the name INSAQUARIUM suggests.Insaniquarium Deluxe features enhanced graphics, new pets, new modes of gameplay, and a new type of currency called "shells". But this seems to be gone now, it’s really not that fun to play it like this. I could swear that you could hold the left mouse button down to streamline food to the fish. This is missing quite a few features, like naming a fish Santa does not make the santa fish… and the mermaid is missing, there’s alot of things that just dont quite feel the same while playing as well. I tried deleting and re-installing, but nothing was working.
After this first try, it opened to a blank black screen everytime I opened the app. I was only able to actually play for a few seconds as when I tried to put the game into full screen, it crashed. Though the campaign is short lived, it is cheap and it definitely brings back some nostalgia. Fullscreen might not have worked in the previous versions, but it works fine now.
I remember how awesome this game was back then and it is still amazing today. When I was younger, I was a such a fan of the series. You just have to unlock the feature through playing and you have to purchase it with your coins. Also a previous review said you couldn't drop multiple pieces of food at a time - which you can. Previous reviews mention it doesn't go fullscreen which it does, just from the 'menu' screen while in play. Everything is the same and I have spent untold hours clicking away. I have fond memories from childhood of playing it and was so excited to find it again.
